if you’ve been holding everything together for a long time —
caring for everyone else, staying strong, pushing through —
you might be quietly longing for something more.
not more to do.
more to feel.
more calm.
more meaning.
more of yourself.
you’re in the right place.
you’re in a season of change — even if you can’t fully name it yet.
you’re ready to feel lighter.
to stop overgiving.
to choose yourself without guilt.
to grow in ways that feel kind, steady, and real.
you don’t want another program to fix you.
you want a way to change that actually fits your life.
you’re drawn to calm and joy.
to ease, laughter, and space to breathe.
to becoming the woman you’re ready to be — one small shift at a time.
if this is you, you’re in the right place.
A Grateful Me™ is a gratitude-rooted space for women 40+ navigating mid-life — becoming lighter and happier, one small shift at a time.
it’s about unfolding into the woman you’re ready to be.
this isn’t therapy.
it’s a gentle, gratitude-rooted practice of change.
gentle practices, reflection, and community for calm, clarity, and transformation.

short guided experiences to help you pause, breathe, and begin noticing the good that’s already here.

a warm, reflective space where women gather to practice gratitude, presence, and intentional living together — without pressure or performance.

gentle, structured experiences (like the body • mind • soul reset) that help you reconnect with yourself over days or weeks — one small step at a time.
hi,
i’m Terii Christine 🩷
i'm a guide, facilitator, and fellow practitioner of intentional living — and the creator of A Grateful Me.
for years, i was excellent at taking care of everyone else… and not so great at slowing down for myself.
gratitude entered my life quietly — not as a big transformation, but as a small daily practice of noticing what was already supporting me.
that practice changed how I felt in my body, how I responded to stress, and how i lived inside my own life.
as an educator and coach, i’ve spent years helping people learn and grow. What i’ve learned is this:
real change happens through gentle awareness, repeated often.
that’s what i create here — small moments, steady support, and a way to come home to yourself again.
warmly and with love 🩷
Terii Christine
